A special summer course for Secretaries of Jewish Soviets in the Ukraine was opened here.
At the inauguration of the course, which will last six weeks, congratulatory messages were read, including one from M. Petrovsky, President of the Soviet Republic of Ukraine.
The course provides for instruction in the specific needs of Jewish Soviets. Of the 130 existing Jewish Soviets in the Ukraine, Secretaries of 104 Soviets have enrolled for the course.
