Estonian police are investigating the legality of recent transplant operations involving Israeli doctors and patients that occurred in the Baltic nation. Meanwhile, Israel’s Health Ministry is preparing legislation in the Jewish state that would give more power to the committee that approves transplants in cases where the donor and the recipient are not related.
