September 13, 1929
See Original Daily Bulletin From This Date

Exhumation of the bodies of the Hebron victims was discontinued when it was found that because the bodies had been exposed for two days before burial it was almost impossible to ascertain whether or not they had been subject to mutilations after or during the massacre. Twenty bodies had been disinterred and reburied when it was decided to discotinue.
