More than 2,000 persons, including civic, religious and labor leaders of all creeds and religious denominations gathered in the Oakland auditorium here tonight at a mass meeting called by local Jewish and non-Jewish groups to protest the Nazi extermination of the Jewish populations of occupied Europe. Speakers included prominent rabbis, ministers, state and city officials, businessmen and labor leaders. The entire meeting was broadcast by radio station KROW.
