The decision of the general arrangements committee for the Columbus Day celebration in Newark to permit a Fascist group to participate in the exercises has aroused the wrath of Rabbi Solomon Foster, only Reform spiritual leader in this city.

In a letter to Dr. Louis A. Martucci, general chairman, Rabbi Foster declared that he will not accept an invitation to attend the ceremonies as honorary guest.
