FBI agents seized a Picasso painting claimed as Nazi-looted art by a descendant of the original German-Jewish owners. Agents from the Los Angeles bureau confiscated “Femme en blanc,” valued at $10 million, at the present owner’s Chicago home, though they allowed it to remain there for the time being.
