Federation Juniors Smoker Tonight

As a preliminary event to the annual dance of the Junior Federation, Brooklyn Federation of Jewish Charities, a smoker will be held tonight at the Unity Club, Bedford avenue and Dean street. It will be the last informal event before the formal dance, to be held at the Hotel Plaza on Saturday evening, February 16.

Six prominent members of the Federation will be guests of the juniors that evening. They are: City Court Justice Alexander H. Geismar, a former president; Dr. Clarence G. Bachrach, Brooklyn Law School professor; Mortimer Brenner, president of the United Jewish Aid Societies; Max Abelman, of the Brooklyn Jewish Hospital; County Judge Algeron Nova, and Abraham N. Davis.

Professional entertainment is scheduled and among those who have signified their intention of appearing are Henry Tobias, Pauline Albert, Lester Allen, Joe Tucker, Irving Ross, Fred G. Morritt and Don Tanner.
