A movement to organize junior societies and young folks’ leagues of temple organizations in the metropolitan area into a federation was started at a convention held last night in Temple Emanu-El, Fifth Avenue and Forty third Street. More than 50 organizations were represented.
The matter is in the hands of a committee formed on suggestion of Mrs. Albert May, chairman of the religious school committee of the State Federation of Temple Sisterhoods, who presided.
