Fifteen American Jews left for Palestine on S.S. Sinaia which sailed on Thursday. Six of these are going to settle in Palestine permanently. One of the passengers, M. Weinberg, is going to study in the Mikev Israel Agricultural School in Jaffa. Twenty-five persons have applied for permits to settle in Palestine under the so-called capitalist category during the first three weeks of July, Dr. S. Bernstein, director of the Palestine bureau of the Zionist Organization of America, said yesterday.
