Fifteen students were graduated from the Hebrew Teachers College here yesterday, with seven receiving the degree of Bachelor of Hebrew Education and the other eight teacher diplomas. Dr. Horace M. Kallen, of the New School of Social Research, New York, delivered the commencement address.
