Fifty percent of the declassed Jews in Moscow have regained the right to vote, it was announced here today as the last day passed for the reinstatement of those without the right to vote. Of the 9,000 declassed Jews in one district of Moscow, 4,500 have been reinstated while in some parts of Ukrainia entire villages have been reinstated. Many of those reinstated are former traders but religious workers and former wealthy merchants are still voteless.
