The first volume of the new yearbook, “Israel-America,” published by the Israel-America Friendship League, was sent to President Truman today. The specially dedicated volume was presented to Ambassador Monett B. Davis for transmission by Dr. M. Avniel, chairman of the League. The book, printed in Hebrew and English, is aimed at fostering close relations between the Israeli and American peoples.
