Five thousand persons participated in a “Support Israel Day” parade in the Bronx yesterday despite inclement weather. Arranged by the Bronx Zionist Emergency Council and the Bronx Council of the Jewish War Veterans, the demonstrations was addressed by Mrs. Rose Halprin, president of Hadassah, Daniel Frisch, Z.O.A. vice-president and Jewish communal civic leaders.
