For the first time an Israeli firm has been included in Fortune magazine’s list of the world’s 300 largest industrial firms. The firm, Koor, which is Histadrut-owned, was listed as 223rd of the 300. Last year Koor was a candidate for inclusion on the list but did not make it. It was the 301st.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
