Dr. Judah Lapson, director of the National Hebrew Culture Council, was elected to another term as president of the New York State Federation of Foreign Language Teachers at the organization’s 33rd annual convention here. The organization is comprised of several thousand instructors and professors in foreign languages throughout New York State.
