Foreign Minister Shimon Peres reiterated Israel’s willingness to withdraw from areas where the Palestinians take responsibility for stopping terror attacks. Peres made the statement during a meeting Tuesday night in Tel Aviv with top Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat.
