The Foreign Ministry said yesterday that it had received no apology from Poland over the mistreatment of an Israeli citizen by police at the Warsaw airport, The citizen, Mrs. Ursula Rosen, said in a radio interview that the Finnish Consul who handles Polish affairs in Israel, telephoned her and conveyed official apologies from the Polish Government. Poland broke off diplomatic relations with Israel following the June, 1967 Arab-Israel war. Mrs. Rosen went to Poland to arrange for the transportation of the body of her father, who had died a few days earlier, to Israel for burial. She carried a letter from the Finnish legation in Tel Aviv, asking Polish authorities to grant her an entry visas. Instead, she was interrogated, abused and put on a plane to Paris, she said.
