Four Druse from northern Israel were charged Monday with conspiring to kidnap an Israeli soldier. The four, ranging in age from 19 to 22, are suspected of planning to abduct an Israeli soldier and pass him on to Hezbollah, for use as a bargaining chip for the release of Arab security prisoners held by Israel.
