A fourth victim of a mining incident on the West Bank last Tuesday died yesterday of his injuries. He was Lt. Col. Ori Peretz, 49, of Ramat Gan. Three of his fellow officers were killed instantly when their command car struck a plastic mine on a muddy road near Beit Jubrin.
