A French court has fined the publisher of the anti-Semitic magazine “Contre Revolution” for printing an article defaming Jews. The fine was 6,000 francs ($18). The action was instituted by the International League Against Anti-Semitism.

The Federation of Jewish Societies of France has filed a protest with the Swedish Embassy here against the anti-Jewish propaganda activities of Einar Aberg, Swedish fascist operating an international anti-Jewish propaganda mill. Pamphlets violently attacking the Jews have been sent by Aberg’s organization to hundreds of people in France. The Swedish Embassy criticized Aberg’s office and promised to transmit the protest to the Swedish Government.
