France handed wartime papers to Germany, including documents related to confiscated Jewish property. In an official ceremony Tuesday at the Foreign Ministry in Paris, France’s minister for European Affairs, Claudie Haignere, gave the documents to Klaus Neubert, Germany’s ambassador to France.
