Frank Sinatra, American film star, has been barred from entering Lebanon, it was reported here today. The report said that Mr. Sinatra has been blacklisted because of “his moral and material support of Israel.” The Council of Ministers in Lebanon had also voted to ban the singer’s movies and records.
