Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr., New York Congress-man-Elect, arrived here by air today from Paris for a brief visit in Israel. He is the official guest of President Chaim Weizmann. Dr. Weizmann today lunched with Sir William Strang, British diplomat visiting here, and Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett.
