A campaign to raise $25,000 will be launched by the Toronto Hebrew Free Loan September 9, it was decided by the Board of Directors at their meeting, with M. Rosen presiding. The campaign will commence with a dinner at the Primrose Club, at which Rabbi Barnett Brickner is expected to speak. The directors were unanimously in the desire that Rabbi Brickner, who is well-thought-of by Toronto Jewry, should open the campaign.
