A prominent Argentine Jewish leader was presented here with the French Order of the Legion of Honor by the French Ambassador Armand de Blanquet de Chayla at ceremonies at the headquarters of the Jewish Colonization Association, Simon Weil, an Argentinean engineer who is active in the affairs of the JCA, was cited by the French Ambassador for his important contributions to the field of agriculture and education. The Jewish Colonization Association is currently observing its 70th anniversary.
