French Hold Reich Refugees Taken from Italian Liner

Fifty-eight German male passengers were taken off the Italian liner Conte di Savoia by French military authorities at the port of Algiers, it was disclosed when the liner arrived here on Sunday. It was believed that many of these passengers were Jewish refugees. Their wives and children were left on board.
