French Laborites Ask Tax on Foreigners

A French labor group today passed a resolution demanding that a uniform tax of 1,000 francs be imposed on every foreigner in France pending “a decree which will clear them all out.”

The resolution is held here to be symptomatic of the nationalism now current in France, which assails all foreigners.
