French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin announced a plan to combat the growing wave of anti-Semitism in schools. Raffarin told the French Cabinet last week that he had instructed Education Minister Luc Ferry to convene teachers’ and parents’ representatives within the next few days to discuss the new measures.
