Tompestuous winds which have whipped the entire country and other parts of the Middle East during the past three days have taken their toll of lives and property in Israel, it was reported here today on the basis of scattered and incomplete information from various points.

Seven Israelis are feared lost as a result of the capsizing of a motor boat off the coast near Nathanya. Three other youths were rescued. The 65-mile-an-hour gale also caused two parked planes at the Lydda airfield to swing into each other, with heavy damage resulting to both craft. A Madagascar-to-Paris plane, scheduled to land at Cairo, was forced to make an emergency landing at Lydda last night.
