Authorities here confirmed today that Gen. Moshe Dayan, Israeli Defense Minister, will meet with Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara on Feb. 26. Gen. Dayan will arrive at Kennedy International Airport at 4:45 p.m. tomorrow on his first visit to the United States since he joined the coalition government last June on the eve of the Six-Day War. Gen. Dayan is scheduled to meet with U.S. Government leaders and will make public appearances in several cities on behalf of the United Jewish Appeal. He will appear on “Meet The Press,” the NBC-TV show next Sunday.
