Gen. Moshe Dayan, Israel’s Minister of Defense, will make a one-day visit to the United States in December to address the annual banquet of the United Jewish Appeal here. The function is scheduled for Dec. 4. A previous visit by Gen. Dayan had to be cancelled on the eve of his departure because of security developments.
