The thirty-eighth session of the governing body of the International Labor Office, decided at its plenary session held here to-day that the Commission for Refugees’ Questions should continue to be permanent, that it should consist of nine members, and that it should continue its work and present a report to the thirty-ninth session of the governing body which will be held here in April. The commission will assemble for the purpose during the present month.
Edward M Chase, of Manchester, N. H., has announced a foundation which he has established to aid Lithuanian students. The fund will furnish $5,000 annually to aid twenty-four deserving students in Lithuania.
