George Backer, president of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, will sail for London tomorrow on the Manhattan for a tour of the J.T.A.’s European offices.
He will consult with important Jewish leaders in London and organize a board for the J.T.A. European system similar to the one recently established in New York. He will also visit branch offices in Warsaw, Prague and Paris.
