Georgi Lieb, chairman of the Synagogue of Marina Roshcha, a Moscow suburb, died yesterday at the age of 75, it was reported here today from the Soviet capital. He was active in pressing Jewish community causes before the Soviet authorities and he succeeded in securing a permit for the baking of matzoh in Moscow last Passover.
