German, Arab Slain in New Outburst

Two persons were killed and one other wounded in a new burst of violence today attributed to Arab terrorists Jacob Speker, a German Christian farmer, was found dead near Acre with his clothing rifled.

Dr. Taha, son of a noted Arab nationalist, was shot dead and a bystander wounded near a mosque in Haifa. The assailants escaped.
