German companies and representatives of Nazi-era slave laborers are meeting for two days in Washington to discuss how to distribute a $5.2 billion fund that Germany agreed to create late last year. The talks have already missed several target dates for completing a distribution plan, and the U.S. State Department said it doubts that negotiators will reach agreement on all the outstanding issues during this session.
