The Federal Indemnification Law for the compensation of individual Nazi victims is grossly inadequate, charges a resolution adopted here by the “Association of Persecuted Social Democrats in Southern Hesse.”

The funds needed for more satisfactory settlements should be raised, says the resolution, through special levies upon those business firms which derived undue profit from the employment of slave laborers during the Nazi regime.
