Kettnacker, who was recently removed from the bench after remarking that he does not “care whether someone is a Gauleiter or thrice unsuccessfully gassed a rabbi,” is still employed by the public prosecutor’s office, although he is not permitted to appear in court, it was revealed here today. The Baden-Wurttemberg Ministry of Justice has been urged to take further disciplinary action against Kettnacker.
