Simultaneously with the announcement of the signature of the debt settlement pact the German nationalist press published today caricatures of David Sarnoff, vice-president of the Radio Corporation of America, who played an important part in the settlement.

The papers describe Mr. Sarnoff as the plenipotentiary of Owen D. Young and the initiator of the plans “to enslave Germany through international high finance.”
