German Nobleman Fined for Insulting Jewish Jurist

A libel suit of a German Jewish jurist against a German nobleman was decided by the court in favor of the former.

The court fined Ritter Robert Voigtlaender 300 marks for insulting Dr. Rosenthal former judge of the Berlin divorce court. Voigtlaender attacked Rosenthal in the nationalistic press, charging him with corruption.
