German Propagandist Resigns Following Exposure As Nazi

Dr. Eberhard Taubert has resigned as deputy chairman and guiding spirit of a government-supported propaganda organization, following public disclosure that he had held high rank in the Nazi Party and had been a prominent anti-Jewish propagandist during the Hitler regime.

Taubert, it was disclosed here, had been a high official in the Nazi Propaganda Ministry, had been a lay judge in the notorious Nazi Peoples Court and had written numerous violently anti-Semitic articles His resignation followed exposure of his record by Karl Marx, publisher of a leading German Jewish weekly.
