At the conclusion of a Socialist youth conference here attended by the representatives of Socialist youth of 10 European nations, a delegation from the German Socialist youth group, the Falcons, placed a wreath on a monument to Nazi war victims in the Jewish cemetery here. The inscription on the wreath reads: “We shall never forget you.”
