German Synagogue Arsonist Shoots Six. Committed As Mental Case

A 17-year-old youth who, last January, attempted to set fire to the synagogue here, and who was paroled from a nine-month prison sentence because he was found mentally ill, was arrested here today after he shot and seriously wounded his brother, three policemen and two other persons. Police indicated that he would probably be committed to a mental institution.
