Germans Execute Eight Czechs for Assisting Jews to Flee Country

The German-controlled Prague radio today announced that eight Czechs were executed on Nov. 5 for assisting Jews to cross the frontier. The accused Czechs were charged with “sabotaging measures taken by the government to solve the Jewish problem in Bohemia and Moravia.”
