Dr. Alfred Weiner was presented today with the West German Grand Cross of Merit by Dr. Schlange-Schoningen, German envoy in London. The award, authorized by President Theodor Heuss, was in commemoration of the library of literature on the history of Nazism which he built up in London and its archives documenting every phase of the Nazi regime.
