Germany marked the 60th anniversary Sunday of the Nazi plan to exterminate Jews. Historians believe the “Final Solution” was formally organized and the Nazis officially planned the genocide of Jews at the Wannsee Conference, which took place on Jan. 20, 1942. The building where the meeting took place was turned into a public memorial and education center 10 years ago.
