Germany published a new list of its citizens that were killed in the Holocaust. The new register, published Monday, updates the first edition, from 1986, which listed only victims from the former West Germany. The new version includes all of Germany and parts of modern Poland, and contains 150,000 names.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
