Gestapo Permits Children to Leave, Amsterdam Hears

Despite the war the Gestapo (German secret police) is willing to permit emigration of German Jewish children to England if the British Government allows it, it was learned here today. This attitude was conveyed to two representatives of the Children’s Refugee Committee of Amsterdam who interviewed Gestapo officials in Berlin.
