In recognition of his services to the religious and civic life of the community, Rabbi Rudolph I. Coffee, recently resigned spiritual leader of Temple Sinai, was tendered a farewell dinner by the Oakland Chamber of Commerce.

Prominent business and professional men of Oakland lauded Dr. Coffee’s work during the twelve years of his rabbinate and wished him god speed. Dr. Coffee has made no future plans.
