Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, arrived here today heading the Israeli delegation to the International Socialist Convention which opens tomorrow.
Mrs. Meir is scheduled to open the Middle East debate at the convention. She will also confer with members of the Austrian Cabinet and may later visit Paris to meet the new French Premier, Maurice Bourges Mannury.
